The British boxer will face Jake Paul in an eight-round match which will be broadcast in real-time on the streaming platform.
British boxer Joshua declared he will "overwhelm entirely" Jake Paul and "break" the American as the pair confronted each other to build hype for the upcoming boxing match.
Ex twice unified title holder Joshua meets social media star turned fighter Jake Paul - in what is, on paper, a huge disparity - at Miami Kaseya Center on 19 December.
Boxer's Attitude
"I plan to injure his face and damage his physique. My goal is to show I'm the better fighter," Joshua, 35 years old, stated.
"I will dominate him completely. That's how fighters think.
"I intend to really want to injure him. That's my intention."
Respectful Interaction
Despite these statements, a calm Joshua and internet personality Paul - normally famous for his theatrics - exchanged pleasantries and remained civil with each other.
Jake Paul rather criticized former Joshua's rival Francis Ngannou and described him as "ridiculous" after Ngannou declined a bout proposal.
Targeting Fury
Anthony Joshua, in the meantime, took aim at UK opponent Tyson Fury - and rejected a large bet 'The Gypsy King' says he will place on a Paul win.
"[Paul] is better than Fury - he showed up," the boxer commented.
"I acknowledge that."
Serious Opponent
Despite declaring he will hurt Jake Paul, Joshua chose not to speak negatively about his opponent's boxing ability.
"Jake is a serious fighter," he stated.
Paul's History
Paul - who initially became famous on the television network - has mainly fought MMA fighters or past-their-prime fighters since becoming pro.
He lost to British fighter Tommy Fury in last year.
Commercial Attraction
Still, the inexperienced fighter remains one of boxing's biggest commercial attractions, regularly earning massive paydays.
Forecast and Belief
The 28 year old anticipated a stoppage in rounds four or five and asserted he would stop the long-awaited Fury-Joshua bout, which is reportedly under discussion for two years from now.
"The next fight will be myself against Tyson Fury next year," Paul said.
Physical Difference
As Joshua and Paul participated in the traditional face-off, with their size difference evident, it drove home just how unlikely this complete situation is - and how astonishing it is that the match is truly proceeding.
